Cape Town, South Africa based creative studio MUTI has created this illustrated map of Japan for Monocle magazine. They developed numerous illustrated icons to highlight famous landmarks, typical animals and people from different regions of the country. The editorial illustration of Japan was created in a playful and colorful flat style as we are used to it from studio MUTI.
